In making a booking you acknowledge that you, any other persons that you are booking for, and any other person that attends in your place, understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations & Credits

If you are unable to attend an Art Outdoors event that you have booked, the following applies:

For single-day workshops:

  • More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund or credit.

  • Less than 7 days but more than 72 hours’ notice: Reschedule (subject to availability) with a $10 per person administration fee, or receive a 50% refund.

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refund, but you may send a friend in your place.

For multi-week series or blocks of classes (e.g., 6-week art classes):

  • The entire series or block is considered a single booking. Cancellation or rescheduling policies apply to the whole block, not individual sessions.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first class of the series will be subject to the policy applicable at that time.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of the start date of the series, no refunds or credits will be issued for the whole block.

  • Once the series has commenced, neither refunds nor rescheduling are available for missed classes, as the entire series is sold as a single unit and cannot be resold or transferred individually.

  • Credits for future classes may not be granted for missed sessions within a series once it has started.

  • General Note:

  • No credits or refunds apply if you do not attend without notice

  • Your booking is transferrable to another person – if you can’t make the event you have booked for, you may send a friend in your place – please email or text details of name change.

Cancellation of Events by Art Outdoors

Art Outdoors reserves the right to cancel an event should the number of participants be deemed to be insufficient.

The very nature of outdoor events means that the weather can determine a decision to cancel an event.  Should events need to be cancelled (including due to inclement weather), we will offer an alternative rescheduled date for the event in the same location.  If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you can either rebook for another event or receive a full credit.
